When the motor starts running, the working impellers will make sufficient water splash and strong water current. Large amount of splash will take air into water and enrich dissolved oxygen in water. Meantime, water waves and current will eliminate harmful substances like ammounia, nitrite, hydrogen sulfide, etc out of water and finally clean water.
New High Speed Paddlewheel Aerator with 6 Impellers is a higher efficiency aerator used especially aquaculture farms. It can have better oxygenation rate and cost-efficient.
Components:
Motor: 1 set. 3HP, cast iron body, 100% copper with inside protctor, high efficiency and save power energy.
Reducer: 1 set. speed ratio 1:14, cast iron body, arcuate-bevel gear.
Shaft: 2 PC. Made of 304# stainless steel, acid and alkaline resistant.
Frame: 1 PC. 304# SS, acid and alkaline resistant, does not get deformation.
Motor Cover: 1 PC. New HDPE, UV rsistance.
Float: 3 PCS. Virgin HDPE with UV protection, has great buoyancy and high strength.
Impeller: 6 PCS. Made of nice plastic PP, 101r/m. The spoke and vane is molded only one time.
Movable Joint: 2 PCS. Made of SS and rubber.
Bush Support: 2PCS. Nylon and hard-wearing sleeve.
